CAMPAIGN: URGING ALL AMERICANS TO VOTE EARLY
Chicago, IL (October  23, 2012) —Join Rev. Jesse L. Jackson Sr. and  Rainbow
PUSH Coalition Staff at 12 noon as they convene on TODAY, Tuesday, October 23, 
2012 at the Chicago Board of Elections office at 69 West Washington for EARLY
VOTING. Buses will leave PUSH Headquarters at  11am from 930 East 50
th
Street 
Chicago IL 60615. A Press conference will be held outside the Board of Elections at 
69 W. Washington.
EARLY VOTING FACTS:
EARLY VOTING for the November 6, 2012 general election will be offered from 
Monday October 22, 2012 through November 3, 2012.
Rev. Jesse L. Jackson and the Rainbow PUSH Coalition invite all Students, Teachers, 
Doctors, Ministers, Members of the Clergy, Business Leaders, Civic Leaders, Activists, 
all those representing the 1.1 million registered voters and the 500,000 unregistered 
voters in Chicago and Cook County to exercise the non-traditional voting opportunities 
during the grace period this year.
Voters can register AND vote in person in the same visit at 69 West Washington until 
November 3, 2012.
Voters registered to vote in the City of Chicago may use an EARLY VOTING site in the 
city regardless of where the voters live.
Without having to provide a reason for wanting to VOTE EARLY a ballot can be cast by 
personal appearance. Voters do need to present a valid government-issued photo
identification such as a current driver’s license, a state-issued identification card 
or another government issued identification card to use EARLY VOTING.
President Barack Obama will cast his ballot via EARLY VOTING in Chicago on October 
25, 2012.
