 Do you have health insurance for children between the ages of 0 -
18?
KIDCARE offers affordable insurance for children. They also offer rebates up
to $75 per month per child. KIDCARE has three programs that pay for immunizations, "well
baby" visits and preventive services.
KIDCARE premium has a low co-payment for medical visits and prescriptions of
between $3 - $5. Under this plan, your monthly premium would be $15 for one child,
$25 for two children and $30 for three or more children. There is a $25 co-pay
for emergency room use of non-emergencies.
There is no co-payment for preventive dental services.
