Services
The Constituent Services Office now has over 50,000 Requests for Help from across the country. Due to the large number of requests, we do not have individual staff members to take your request personally.
We do have number of volunteer professionals who work with us each week to process these many requests. Depending on their availability, we can have someone respond to you follow up within a few days. Sometimes people are available to respond in time sensitive situations.
If you do not hear from someone within 45 business days from the date you submit your request, then call our office at 773-373-3366
ext. 250 and our staff will try to locate your request and inform you of its status. For more information on how we process these requests, you may attend one of our orientations, Monday nights at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Hall of RainbowPUSH Headquarters, or Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM in the Main Auditorium of RainbowPUSH headquarters, located at 50th & Drexel.
