The Rainbow PUSH Global Automotive Summit has annually brought together the automotive industry's key stakeholders since 1999. The event serves as an invitation to action for automakers to improve and extend opportunities for people of color at all levels of the corporation. The theme for this year is "Affirming Diversity in the EV Sector," and it is our way of analyzing the automotive industry's strategy to achieve equitable representation throughout this vital shift to electric vehicles. Meaningful dialogue is the only way to accurately build a true roadmap to leveling the economic playing field to include equal participation for African Americans. Over 300 industry experts will be in attendance, including C-Suite executives, suppliers, dealers, business leaders, advertising executives, and political officials.
