 "Building Safer, Stronger Communities Together"

What does it take to build a community where families feel safe, businesses can thrive, and every neighbor has an opportunity to succeed? It starts with bringing people together—and we want you in the room.

Join the Rainbow PUSH Coalition and Acclivus on Saturday, October 24, for our Saturday Morning Forum and Violence & Economics Summit. Together, we will explore how violence affects the economic health and stability of our neighborhoods and discuss solutions rooted in the experiences and needs of our communities.

Joining Yusef D. Jackson, President of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, will be:

Emmanuel André, Chicago Deputy Mayor
LeVon Stone Sr., Acclivus, Inc.
Alderman Lamont Robinson, 4th Ward
Kelly Evans, Chicago Urban League

Cleopatra Draper, radio host on WVON 1690 AM, will moderate the conversation.

The day will include a screening of Valerie Goodloe’s film, “Before Your Time: An Unprepared Journey,” a panel discussion with audience Q&A, and a call to action. An Acclivus Resource Fair will also connect attendees with information on behavioral health, victim support, and reentry services.

Come with your questions, share your perspective, and learn about resources that can make a difference for you or someone you love. Your voice belongs in this conversation.
