"GOTV: THE MIDTERM MOMENT"

Rainbow PUSH Coalition invites you to join us this Saturday for a special Saturday Morning Forum focused on voter engagement, local elections, battleground states and the role young people can play in the midterm election process. The conversation will center on helping voters stay informed about the races and issues on their ballots and encouraging civic participation across generations.

President, Yusef D. Jackson will help lead the discussion as Rainbow PUSH continues its nonpartisan work to encourage informed participation and engagement in communities across the country.

Cameron Barnes | National Youth Director, Rainbow PUSH Coalition

Cameron will discuss local elections and the political landscape in key battleground states, with a focus on why voters should understand the offices, races and decisions being made at the local and state levels. He will also address ways communities can stay informed and engaged as the midterm elections approach.

Ellison Radek | Policy Fellow, Chicago Votes

Ellison will discuss the importance of youth voting and civic participation, including why young people should understand how elections affect their communities and how they can make their voices heard through informed participation in the democratic process.
