This Saturday, September 12, the Rainbow PUSH Coalition welcomes Dr. Glenda Glover, former President of Tennessee State University and former International President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, as our keynote speaker for a special Saturday Morning Forum.
A Conversation on Education and Equity
Dr. Glover will discuss her powerful new book, How Dare You, a firsthand account of the years long battle to secure equitable funding for Tennessee State University. Drawing on her experience as a university president, she examines the decisions, funding disparities, and institutional challenges that have shaped the fight for fairness at TSU.
Her message reaches beyond one institution. It raises urgent questions about the future of Historically Black Colleges and Universities, the responsibility of public leaders, and the importance of ensuring that every student has access to the resources and opportunities they deserve.
